Dan’s Place II was a classic diner at 494 Washington Avenue in Albany, NY. The Deuel family opened the first Dan’s Place in another part of Albany in 1977. In 1988 they took over the former Manhattan Diner on Washington Avenue and made it Dan’s Place II. The diner closed in July 2025, and Trixie’s Diner now operates in the building.
